Kaiser DigiCopy Vario

Complete starter set for digitizing 35mm slides and negatives using your own smartphone or a lightweight camera with a macro lens (1:1). Convertible for film formats up to 6 x 9 cm with optional format masks and glass inserts.

Consisting of the compact repro stand reprokid for attaching a lightweight camera or the included smartphone holder, the FilmCopy Vario holder with an insert for framed slides in the outer format 5 x 5 cm, interchangeable with format masks 24 x 36 mm, and the slimlite plano LED light panel as a backlight source, with a mat to cover the edges. Additionally, an air brush for gentle cleaning of slides and negatives is included in the set.

Repro stand reprokid

Compact stand for small, lightweight cameras up to 1 kg or smartphones (attachment via smartphone holder). Non-reflective, matte gray baseboard 32 x 38 cm (W x D), guide column 59 cm, height-adjustable camera arm with 1/4" connection thread.

FilmCopy Vario

Solid holder for precise positioning of slides and negatives of various formats when digitizing with a smartphone or a camera with a macro lens (1:1) on a repro or camera stand. For use on light panels. Includes insert for framed 35mm slides in 5 x 5 cm frames and format masks 24 x 36 mm with guide rails for 35mm film strips. With corresponding format masks or glass inserts (each optional accessory), also suitable for film strips and cut single slides and negatives of film formats 4.5 x 6 cm, 6 x 6 cm, 6 x 7 cm, 6 x 9 cm, and 35mm panorama 24 x 66 mm. Easy exchange of inserts. Framed 35mm slides are inserted directly from above into the FilmCopy Vario, for inserting film strips, the pressure frame is folded up. Base with adjustable stop pins for different film widths and four infinitely adjustable masking bands. Includes mat 254 x 201 mm to protect against stray light. Weight of FilmCopy Vario (without masks, without mat): approx. 600 g.

Note
For digitizing medium format slides 4.5 x 6 cm and 6 x 6 cm in frames with an outer format of 7 x 7 cm, the FilmCopy dia MF holder, item no. 2459, is suitable.

Tip
For converting black and white/color negatives, there are various software solutions, e.g., from Negative Lab Pro or ColorPerfect.

Slimlite plano light panel

Ultra-flat LED light panel for even and color-accurate illumination when viewing, sorting, and digitizing slides, negatives, or other transparent originals. Light area 22 x 16 cm, 5000 Kelvin daylight, color rendering index CRI: 95 for accurate color reproduction, infinitely dimmable, optionally mains or battery operation with integrated battery. Includes power/charger.

Smartphone holder

For attaching a smartphone to a stand or holder with a 1/4" connection thread. Rubberized quick clamp with a span of 55 - 90 mm. Dimensions (W x H x D): 36 x 73(-108) x 24 mm.

Air brush

Small round brush with silicone bulb. With a stand for upright placement. Length: approx. 10 cm, depth: approx. 3.3 cm, bulb diameter: approx. 5 cm.
