This 400 Ws studio flash delivers reliable power, accurate colours and seamless compatibility with the FJ Wireless system in a streamlined, mains powered design with the same trusted build quality as the original FJ400.

With 400 watt seconds of power and a fast recycle time of 0.5 to 1.0 seconds, the FJ400 SE keeps pace with fast paced shoots. It's an ideal solution for portraits, product photography and content creation, allowing you to shoot one photo after another with confidence.


Adjustable lighting for flawless results
The FJ400 SE produces a consistent 5500K daylight balanced flash with a 6 F stop output range of 12.5 400Ws (1/32 power to full). Adjust the power in 0.1 or 1.0 stop increments for precisely tuned exposure. A 15W LED modelling lamp with 5500K daylight output helps you preview light placement and composition.


Quick setup with creative control
The large LCD screen, intuitive menu and automatic memory recall make setup quick and easy. This monolight flash features a manual mode with front and rear curtain sync for creative timing effects. It delivers flash duration up to 1/1200 s for studio portraits, with built in cooling and adjustable recycling modes for consistent performance during extended shoots.


Seamless FJ Wireless system integration
With a built in 2.4 GHz receiver, you can control the flash wirelessly with any FJ Wireless trigger or speedlight, both compatible with major camera brands. With 16 groups, 32 channels and a wireless range of up to 100 m, it offers reliable communication even in environments with high interference.
An optical sensor and sync port provide additional triggering options. Use the free Westcott StudioLink app to control your lights and access features such as Mask and Delay, all from your mobile device.


Shape and style your light
A Bowens S Type mount and 9 mm umbrella holder support a wide range of light modifiers, including softboxes, beauty dishes and umbrellas. The built in tilt bracket with 5/8" (16 mm) receiver provides secure mounting and flexible positioning. Each flash comes with a magnetic reflector and a set of colour correction gels to adjust the ambient lighting and shape your look.,
