With industry leading recharge times of 0.01 to 0.9 seconds, the FJ250 ensures you never have to wait for your light. Whether you're capturing action outdoors or creating dynamic portraits in the studio, this flash keeps up with your creativity.


Interchangeable AC/DC battery system, unrivalled battery performance
The FJ250 features a flexible AC/DC battery system, delivering over 850 full power flashes per charge with the included FJ Pro battery, or over 1400 flashes with the optional FJ ProMax battery. The batteries are also compatible with the FJ800 and FJ400 II and offer AC trickle charging, eliminating the need for multiple power solutions.


Professional reliability
The FJ250 maintains a colour temperature stability of 5500 K (±150 K) across the entire 9 stop output range with flash steps of 0.1 or 1.0 stops. It features a 12 W dual colour LED modelling light, adjustable from 2700 K to 6500 K, with automatic adjustment and independent output control.


Colourful OLED touchscreen
The full colour OLED touchscreen interface is designed for simplicity and speed, with intuitive gestures such as tapping, swiping and sliding for quick adjustments. Built in help guides provide on screen support, saving you time and allowing you to focus on creating.


Native Bowens mount
The flash's round head and extended flash tube provide a wide, even spread of light to beautifully fill modifiers. The Bowens mount and Rapid Box Switch Insert ensure seamless compatibility with Westcott's extensive range of portable light modifiers. The tilt bracket also features a 9 mm mount for large umbrellas.
