The Iowa-type battleships were four ships commissioned by the US Navy between 1939 and 1940 to conduct combined operations as part of so-called fast fleet teams (Task Force). From their inception, the battleships took part in all the wars fought by the US until the end of the 20th century. It was aboard the USS Missouri (BB-63) on 2 September 1945 that the Act of Surrender of the Empire of Japan was signed, officially ending the Second World War.

The battleships served intermittently in the reserve fleet and on the front line until 2006. Today, each of these ships is open to the public for tours as a museum and living legend!

The COBI building block model in 1:300 scale is a real challenge for all builders. It consists of 2685 pieces and requires several hours of intensive and exciting assembly. It is exactly 92 cm (36.2) long and 20.5 cm (8) high. It has movable parts such as gun turrets and gun barrels, propellers and rudder. High-quality printing has made it possible to capture even more details that make the block ship look very attractive! Thanks to the intuitive instructions based on clear icons, construction is simple and effortless. During construction, you choose one of four possible ship variants. The set comes with a special brick display stand with the names of the ships printed on four different plates. The model looks very impressive on it - nobody will pass by it indifferently!
