Sd.Kfz. 222 Building Blocks Set - 502 pieces

The Sd.Kfz. 222 is one of the most recognizable German vehicles from World War II, forming an important part of the Wehrmacht reconnaissance forces. Thanks to its light armor and high mobility, the Sd.Kfz. 222 was mainly used for reconnaissance, patrol duties, and infantry support on various fronts of the war.

Light, solid construction
The Sd.Kfz. 222 was equipped with a rotating turret featuring a 20 mm cannon, giving it a significant advantage in combat. The front and sides of the vehicle were protected by 8 mm steel armor, while thinner 5 mm plates covered the top, rear, and undercarriage. The turret was open at the top, with the crew protected only by a mesh screen against grenades and light shrapnel.

With a top speed of 80 km/h and four-wheel drive, this vehicle was excellent for maneuvering across terrain. Although its armor was light, it provided basic protection for the crew. Used mainly by reconnaissance units, the Sd.Kfz. 222 played a key role in German operations on various WWII fronts.
