SR-71 Blackbird to amerykański samolot rozpoznawczy, który służył w Siłach Powietrznych Stanów Zjednoczonych od lat 60. do 90. XX wieku. Został zaprojektowany przez firmę Lockheed Martin i był jednym z najszybszych samolotów na świecie. Jego prędkość maksymalna przekraczała Mach 3 (ponad 3 700 km/h), a dzięki wysokości operacyjnej dochodzącej do 26 km był trudny do zestrzelenia przez systemy obrony przeciwrakietowej. SR-71 miał zaawansowaną konstrukcję, wykorzystującą tytan, co pozwalało mu wytrzymać ekstremalne temperatury generowane podczas lotu z prędkością naddźwiękową. Był używany głównie do zbierania danych wywiadowczych, a jego zdolność do ucieczki przed wrogimi pociskami była legendarnym atutem.
