Inspired by an iconic battle scene from the Marvel Avengers, the set features two large LEGO figures: the Iron Patriot mech with four stud shooters, and a fearsome Chitauri gorilla. The set also includes seven minifigures: Iron Patriot MK2, Rocket with a large stud shooter, Thor with Stormbreaker, and four Chitauri (two with golden stud shooters).
