It allows you to adjust and position your camera perfectly. The double central column will hold the head on both sides (useful in macro photography), and even two heads at a time. The tripod has a hook for Attaching extra weight as well. The four-section legs have metal clasps. The tripod has a spirit level too. The tripod has a standard 3/8 "mount, Which allows using other heads for this mount. The head is included as well as the case with a strap.
