TechniSat DIGIPAL T2/C DVR

The DIGIPAL T2/C DVR is an HDTV receiver for receiving free, digital cable programmes (DVB-C) or terrestrial television via DVB-T2 HD.

DVB-T2 HD allows you to receive not only the free public channels but also the encrypted programmes of the private channels from the freenet TV range. The freenet TV channel bouquet is activated free of charge for three months and can then be extended for a fee if desired.

Whether television via cable or antenna: the DIGIPAL T2/C DVR with its TechniSat value-added services stands for maximum ease of use. From the initial installation to the electronic program information service SIEHFERN INFO.

The device offers a 7-segment display as well as an additional recording function on USB data carriers.

"SiehFern Info" (SFI)
With this free electronic program information service (ePID), TechniSat offers an up-to-date and detailed overview of numerous programs. The programme preview extends over up to seven days, can be individually adapted and is available at any time. You can also easily activate any timer via remote INFO - just press a button on the remote control.

AutoInstall
When the unit is first put into operation, a number of important settings must still be made (in particular adjustments to local conditions). In clear steps, the TechniSat installation assistant guides you through the easy-to-understand dialogs so that the necessary configurations can be carried out quickly and effortlessly. This means that your device is ready for operation after only a short time.

Camping
The device can be operated both with 230 volts over the normal mains supply and with 12 volts over the mains supply, e.g. of a motor vehicle, and is therefore also suitable for mobile use (camping, etc.).

DVB-T2 HD
DVB-T2 HD is the successor of DVB-T in Germany and finally enables the transmission of TV programmes in HD quality (HDTV). With this device you can receive all free public DVB-T2 HD programmes available in your region. All information about DVB-T2 HD can be found at www.dvb-t2-portal.de.

ISI Mode
Numerous functions and added value make watching television with TechniSat a great experience with extensive possibilities. The ISI mode reduces this variety of options and is therefore ideal for children or elderly people who feel insecure about the many setting options when operating the device. Once the mode is activated, nothing can be accidentally adjusted with the remote control. At the same time, the ISI mode, for example, displays the simplified program information on the screen for people with visual impairments in extra-large characters and, if desired, displays an easy-to-read digital time display.

freenet TV (3 months)
In addition to the free, primarily public channels, you can also use this device to receive encrypted, private freenet TV channels in full HD quality via antenna (DVB-T2 HD). Without subscription and with very simple installation. The decoding unit for freenet TV is already integrated in the device. For the first three months, the freenet TV programme offering is available to you as part of a free test phase for DVB-T2 HD and the programmes broadcast in your region.
