The Guide TA435 is a thermal imaging attachment that you can use as a clip-on with your optical rifle scope. With the TA435, you can change your optical rifle scope from Vortex or Swarovski, for example, to a thermal imaging rifle scope. The clip-on is very compact, weighs only 400 grams and can easily be attached to your rifle scope via an optional adapter ring (optionally available). The device comes with a separate eyecup so you can use it as a thermal imaging monocular too.

Targeting and positioning
When you want to aim, use the reticle of your rifle scope. The TA435 itself is not equipped with a reticle or laser pointer. This also means that you do not have to zero the device separately. You place the thermal attachment using the adapter for your optical rifle scope. You then look and aim with your own rifle scope, but now you see thermal image.

Color palettes and scene mode
You can select four thermal color palettes: White Hot, Black Hot, Red Hot and Green Hot. You can also adjust the contrast of the environment to your own preference. Besides that, youcan also select a scene-mode that best suits the situation: forest, snow, desert and city mode. The image is then automatically adjusted to the surroundings. In addition, the unique Hot Track function allows you to 'point out' the hottest object on the screen with an indicator. With this you can, for example, easily follow moving animals.

Attach to your rifle scope
To attach the thermal imaging camera to your rifle scope, an adapter ring is required. These are included with the optional accessories and are available for optical rifle scopes with outer diameters from 38 to 64mm. You screw the thermal clip-on into the adapter ring and then securely attach it to your rifle scope. Because you are viewing through your optical rifle scope on a digital display, the TA435 is particularly recommended for rifle scopes with magnifications of up to approximately 5x.

Application Guide TA435

The thermal image scope is suitable for any user who wants to add thermal images to their rifle scope. With the TA435 you can transform your rifle scope into a thermal scope. You cannot use the TA435 individually as a rifle scope because the thermal imaging camera itself does not have a reticle. Use the reticle of your rifle scope for aiming and shooting.

Using the supplied eyepiece, you can also use the TA435 handheld and look through it with your eye. You can also place the thermal imaging camera on a tripod (optionally available) through the 1/4" thread at the bottom. With two CR123A batteries (not included) you can use this thermal clip-on for up to 3.5 hours. A universal battery charger is included to charge your own batteries. If you want to view images in real-time on a screen, you can use the included video-out cable.
