The Vortex Crossfire II 2-7x32 Rifle Scout Scope is an all-round and practical Rifle Scope in the Crossfire series. The Crossfire series was built to exceed the performance of other rifle scopes in the same price range. A larger eye-relief, fast-focus eyepiece, fully multi-coated lenses and capped turrets with reset capability. The hard anodized aluminum tube is made of one part. The nitrogen filler and O-ring seal ensure full water, mist and dust density.

The Vortex Crossfire II 2-7x32 is a Scout Scope rifle Scopes, this expresses in the Eye relief of the scope. A regular rifle scope has an eye relief of about 8 to 9 centimeters, with the Scout scope this distance is 24 centimeters. Due to this increased eye distance, the Scout Scope can be mounted in front of a gun. This allows you to keep both eyes on target and still make use of the 2-to-7 magnification. This is done by focusing with both eyes, one eye being supported by the magnification of the Scout Scope. It requires some practice but can provide you a lot of benefit during shooting.

Usage Vortex Crossfire II 2-7x32 Rifle Scout Scope

This rifle scopes is suitable for hunters who shoot with a scout gun, or guns where the rifle scope can be mounted in front of the gun. The Vortex Crossfire II 2-7x32 has a 24 cm eye-relief which makes front mounting possible. This rifle scope has a Second Focal Plane reticle, which means that the reticle will stay the same size when zooming in or out. This is different from a First Focal Plane reticle, than the reticle will be larger when zooming in and smaller when zooming out. The V-plex reticle is the most popular, all-purpose hunting reticle which is suitable for a wide range of hunting applications.
