To make dust-free removal of ash the next day a breeze, Kärcher has launched the AD 2 ash vacuum cleaner. The device features a filter cleaning system that ensures long-lasting suction power. The AD 2 vacuum cleaner is a practical addition to your home fireplace or charcoal grill. It allows you to easily and dust-free remove ash and other fire debris from the fire pit. If you use a broom and dustpan instead, the fine particles will be scattered throughout the room. And even an old vacuum cleaner isn't up to the task, as the filters would quickly become clogged. The Kärcher device, on the other hand, is certified for vacuuming ash and equipped with a filter cleaning system. At the touch of a button, the airflow reverses, the dirt is blown from the filter into the container, and the suction power is restored. The suction tube, dirt container, and all other parts of the vacuum cleaner that could come into contact with warm ash residue are made of metal or flame-retardant material. This ensures safe operation. When emptying the dirt container, there is no contact with the ash: the flat pleated and coarse dirt filters are housed in a cassette. This cassette can be easily removed and tapped out.
