The fully integrable Bosch KIF81PFE0 refrigerator provides a generous total capacity of 289 liters for clear storage of fresh food. It is equipped with seven shelves made of safety glass, six of which are height-adjustable and one is pull-out (EasyAccess Shelf), as well as five door compartments, one of which is a butter/cheese compartment. Three VitaFresh per 0°C drawers - one of which is "dewy" with active moisture regulation for fruit and vegetables and two "dry" for fish and meat - keep food fresh and crisp for up to three times longer. The intelligent FreshSense sensor technology ensures a constant temperature throughout the entire refrigerator compartment and the SuperCool function lowers the temperature for a set time so that when warmer food is stored, an undesirable rise in temperature of already cooled food is prevented.
