The Lauben Deluxe 2000ST contact grill combines the capabilities of a searing contract grill with the functionality of a full-fledged tabletop grill. It is a highly versatile cooking appliance that enables you to grill at any time of the year, without charcoal, without unpleasant smoke and with a minimum amount of fat. For BBQ mode, open it out flat to transform it into a full-featured tabletop grill that makes it easy to prepare a juicy burger or fresh fish. There are 6 automatic programs to choose from specifically tailored to what you are cooking but you can also manually adjust the temperature and cooking time which the grill will remember for next time. With 2000 W of power, the grill can easily handle the rapid searing needed for high-quality steaks and has a generous grilling surface area of 1400 cm2. The grill also includes a practical drip tray for excess fat and juice and its beautiful styling looks great indoors and outdoors. For a sweet breakfast, a quick lunch or an evening barbecue The Lauben contact grill, combining the capabilities of a griddle and a tabletop grill, won’t only take your toasted sandwiches to the next level. In BBQ mode, it is also a full-featured tabletop grill, enabling you to provide a feast for your friends. Simply open up the grill flat and you’ll have a 1400 cm2 surface area with two double-sided hotplates. Out of the box, you get both classic ridged hotplates for grilling and flat plates for eggs or pancakes. As an add-on, you can even purchase waffle hotplates to add the occasional bit of sweetness for you or your kids. 6 automatic programs The Lauben Contact Grill Deluxe 2000ST features 6 preset programs customised to the foods you grill most often: Beef Fish Poultry Sausages Hamburger Bacon Each program has a default temperature and cooking time, but after selecting the program, you can manually adjust both values. The next time you select this program, the grill remembers your settings, cooking the food exactly to your taste. Easy to operate, easy to clean Grilling doesn't have to involve carrying heavy coals, lots of smoke and dirt. Simply open out the Lauben contact grill to a horizontal position, select one of the programs, adjust the temperature and cooking time as needed, and enjoy perfect results. With excess liquids draining into the drip tray and dishwasher-safe hotplates are dishwasher safe, there's no need to worry about lengthy clean-up. And the 6 buttons and clear LED display make it extremely simple to operate.
