FAQ - frequently asked questions Does SilverProtection+ foil protect against coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2) and reduce the risk of COVID-19?

Foil kills 99% of known viruses. However, the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus is a new microorganism and we do not yet know a clear answer to this question. Research is still ongoing and will help resolve this question in the near future.

Does antimicrobial technology work all the time?

Yes, the technology works and protects your phone at all times. Remember, however, that using an antimicrobial foil does not eliminate the need to take care of the hygiene of your smartphone.

Is antimicrobial technology safe?

Yes, protective films have been tested and are completely safe for the user.

Is wet assembly safe for the phone?

Yes, installation using gel is 100% safe for the phone. As with any product, we recommend that you read the instructions carefully before starting the application. The amount of gel used during installation is not large and don't worry: you won't pour it over the device. You can easily wipe off excess gel after installation.

Kulleriga koju või kontorisse

Kulleriga saad kauba tellida koju, kontorisse või mujale, kus kauba kätte toimetamise ajal viibid. Kaup toimetatakse aadressile tööpäevadel kella 08:00-17:00.

Enne kauba kohale jõudmist helistab kuller kontaktile. Kaupa "koju" tellides hoolitse, et telefon oleks käepärast ning volitatud isik kauba kohale jõudmise ajal sihtkohas seda vastu võtmas. Eriti just suuremate esemete tellimisel palume arvestada, et kuller toimetab kauba vaid välisukseni.
